As a podcast host, working mom, and hybrid athlete, I am passionate about helping women establish the healthy foundations find the energy they need to fuel their best lives.

After battling my own bouts of severe fatigue—despite 'eating clean,' staying active, and thinking I was doing everything right—it really hit home how impossible it is to thrive in midlife when you are running on fumes.
